Board Of Directors
Krishna Kanth Muppalla
He is the Promoter, Chairman and Whole-Time Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since June 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, obtained in 2004. Prior to promoting our Company, he was associated with various organisations in the technology sector, including Virtusa, Oracle, IDS Software Solutions India Private Limited, Sabre Travel Technologies Private Limited, Travelocity and Climate Growth Solutions, where he gained overall industry experience of 13 years. He has over 9 years of experience in the food processing industry. He is currently responsible for the overall management and strategic affairs of our Company, including financial management and budgeting, sales and marketing strategy, business development, oversight of production and processing operations, formulation and implementation of business plans, strategic decision-making, and corporate governance functions.
Chinthala Mohan Reddy
He is the Promoter and Managing Director of our Company and has been associated with the Company since 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, obtained in 2004. Prior to his appointment as Director in 2019, he served as Senior Manager with our Company from 2018 to 2019, where he was responsible for business development, sales and marketing strategy, customer relationship management, market expansion initiatives, and overall operational coordination. Before joining our Company, he worked as Regional Segment Marketing Manager at Danfoss Industries Private Limited from 2006 to 2016 and, prior thereto, as Engineer – Sales & Marketing at ETA Engineering Private Limited from 2004 to 2006. He has over 22 years of work experience in sales and marketing, including 8 years in the food processing industry. He is currently responsible for providing strategic direction to the Company, formulating marketing and expansion strategies, overseeing production planning and processing operations, monitoring operational efficiency and quality standards, managing supply chain functions, and overseeing the overall business affairs of the Company.
Haripriya Muppalla
She is the Promoter and Non-Executive Director of our Company and has been associated with the Company since 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad, obtained in 2007. Prior to her appointment as Director in 2026, she served as Senior HR Executive with our Company from 2018 to 2024, where she was responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, supporting employee engagement, and other HR administration activities. Before joining our Company, she worked as HR Executive – Recruitment at Rofous Software Private Limited from September 2007 to March 2008. She is currently responsible for overseeing administrative matters and operations, reviewing human resource policies and organizational development.
Shashank Garg
He is an Independent Director of our Company and has been on the Board since March 2026. He has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2007 and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com.), obtained in 2005. He has held a Certificate of Practice since 2009 and is currently serving as a Partner at DCJ & Associates, where he is engaged in providing taxation, audit, and assurance services.
Sweta Pareek
She is an Independent Director of our Company and has been on the Board since March 2026. She has completed a Master of Business Administration degree from Apex College, Nepal, in 2021. She served as a Revenue Executive at Hyatt Regency, Kathmandu, from September 2022 to August 2023, where she was responsible for revenue management, pricing strategy, demand forecasting, revenue reporting, sales analytics, and cost analysis.

Gangireddy Gari Jaihind Reddy
He is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company and has been associated with the Company since 2020. He is a Chartered Accountant and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2024. Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer in 2026, he served as Finance Manager and Consultant with our Company from 2020 to 2026, where he was responsible for profitability reporting, MIS and analysis of budgeted figures, process gap analysis, taxation, and overall financial operations. Before joining our Company, he worked as Accounts Executive and Manager at AFJ Retail Private Limited from 2018 to 2020. He has over 7 years of work experience in handling accounts and finance. He is responsible for overseeing the overall finance and accounts functions of the Company, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, taxation, treasury management, and internal financial controls.
Vanshika Singh
She is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company, appointed with effect from April 16, 2026. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (2009) and a Master of Commerce degree from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (2013). She became an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in 2015. She has over 11 years of experience in corporate compliance, secretarial practices, and stock exchange compliances. She commenced her professional career in October 2014 with BGIL Films & Technologies Limited, where she served as Secretarial Executive until September 2015. Thereafter, she worked as Secretarial Executive with Rathi Super Steel Limited from April 2016 to March 2019. Post that, she joined Contisteel Limited in April 2019 and was associated with the Company until June 2024. Subsequently, she served with Gaurav Credits Private Limited from July 2024 to February 2026. In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with the secretarial and regulatory requirements of the Company, maintaining statutory registers, records and other governance related documents.
Brecilla Anitha Gonsalves
She serves as the Logistics Manager of our Company and has been associated with the Company since 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from CV Raman University, obtained in 2013, and a Diploma in Computer Science from Nitte Rukmini Adyanthaya Memorial Polytechnic, obtained in 2006. She commenced her career as an Operations Executive with YCH Logistics India Private Limited from August 2006 to January 2012. Thereafter, she worked as a CS Executive with Hankyu Hanshin Express India Private Limited from February 2012 to June 2013, followed by her role as a Logistics Executive with Resurgent AV Integrators Private Limited from July 2013 to January 2014. She then served as Business Coordinator with Kintetsu World Express FZE from February 2014 to February 2016 and as Business Development Manager with Triple8 Freight Forwarding Private Limited from May 2016 to April 2023. Subsequently, she joined our Company and served as Logistics Executive from May 2023 to April 2026, following which she was elevated to the position of Logistics Manager. In her current role, she is responsible for end-to-end logistics governance, including domestic and international logistics operations.
Sukanya Sahani
She is Business Development Manager of our Company and has been associated with the Company since 2021. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from KIIT University, obtained in 2008. She is currently responsible for handling business development, sales operations, client relations, strategic partnerships, and market expansion activities of the Company.
